There are a lot of things to do in Kenya. Safaris are what the country is renowned for, however there are other tourist attractions in Kenya not to be missed.

Kenya is known as the safari capital of the world and it’s home to the safari tradition. There are numerous wildlife parks to explore. The river is the longest in the country and rises in Mount Kenya and the Aberdare mountain range in central Kenya and stretches 800 kilometers before entering the Indian Ocean. Birding is also excellent while rafting through the valley.

There are markets and unique wares all over the country. Popular items include traditional crafts, woodcarvings, Masai beaded necklaces, kiondos  – woven handbags made from sisal with leather trimmings, kikois, jewelry, and Kenya’s exceptional coffee.
